Wedding Florist Pricing

I think it’s super important to be able to find prices for wedding vendors before you inquire. Who wants to waste time with the email back and forth just to find the prices are way outside of their budget? Also, for most couples, it’s difficult to guess a total budget because they’ve never ordered wedding florals before (or maybe their friends or family have but it’s in a different market/town where pricing is different). I’ve always shared my planning/coordination prices up front (check planning/coordination pricing out here) and I think it’s just as important to share floral prices.

Every once in a while, I’ll have a floral client request specific flowers that bump up prices from these standard prices (for example orchids, or out of season flowers, etc.) but usually the prices below are the same for almost all my weddings.

How wedding flower costs are built

Flower quotes usually include:

Personal flowers like bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, etc.

Ceremony flowers like arches, altar arrangements, aisle markers, flower petals, etc.

Reception flowers like centerpieces, bar arrangements, signage greenery, hanging greenery and greenery on columns, sweetheart and head table flowers, etc.

I can advise you on how to best spend your budget to cover all three areas.

Where does the wedding flower price come from?

Flower quotes include: the wholesale cost of flowers (how much we pay when we pick up your flowers from our wholesaler), the hard goods (vases, tape, chicken wire, oshun pouches, baskets), and labor (my time and my team’s time). When you add these together that is where each item’s price comes from.
