Utilize inspiration photos and color palette provided by couple to create quote, plan, and design all floral arrangements and installations.

FULL SERVICE

Select and work with all vendors including alcohol, bakers, catering, favors and welcome bags, florists, hair and makeup, hotels, lighting, music, officiant, paper goods/signage, photo booth, photographer, rentals, tents, transportation, venue, and videographer.
Create and manage your full wedding budget, including sending payment reminders.
Create design direction (ten pages of feel, atmosphere, colors, florals, table and decoration ideas, bridal party looks, and rental options). See an example design direction here.
Create timeline, rain plan, and layouts.
Assist with DIYing your wedding flowers if you are not using a professional florist.
Assist with set up, attend, and run rehearsal.
Wedding day management with Maddie and two assistants for 10-12 hours.
Donate leftover floral arrangements to the nursing home/other location of your choice.
PLANNING + DESIGN

Assist with selection and work with design vendors including venue, florists, rentals, bakers, designers, and lighting.

Provide comprehensive planning resource with a to-do list to help you create your own customized timeline, layout notes, and vendor contact sheet.

*Note: Day-of planning is only available for the Lubbock area and booking opens 3 months before your wedding date.
