In my first post highlighting my favorite hotels and local airbnbs in Lubbock, TX, I’m featuring the Cotton Court Hotel! I have SO MANY couples who are looking for a place to stay that they can host an after-party-style hang out for their guests or a Friday night casual meet up… and Cotton Court is it!
There are so many awesome amenities on offer that make the Cotton Court perfect for couples and wedding guests. If you’re visiting in summer, you can relax by the outdoor pool before the wedding. In winter, there are fire pits!
The hip on-site bar and restaurant, The Midnight Shift, serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and the bar section is open till midnight on Saturdays. If you want to stay up even later, the Cotton Court is an easy walk to many Broadway St. bars (with plenty of pedestrian traffic making it safe to walk!). There are also multiple rental options for hosting a rehearsal dinner or bridal brunch. The sales team is super helpful and great! We’ve had a chance to work together multiple times and I recommend the Valencia Hotel Collection whenever I can.
If you decide to stay there to get ready, the rooms are SO CUTE. Super photo-worthy for getting ready photos with your crew. It’s a boutique hotel, so no bland greige color palette! There’s excellent light from big windows, awesome West Texas vibes mixed with unique design. Super super super cute. Also, there are balconies! Makes for some fun pics…
Also, did I mention that their bathroom has a super cool neon sign?
