It can be so difficult to find pricing for various wedding vendors, but then it’s difficult to guess how much to set aside in a wedding budget for wedding flowers! I try to be as transparent as possible about pricing! (You can see some of my basic item pricing here.)
I thought it could be helpful to share some real invoices, with the client info removed for privacy of course! That way when you’re looking at how much to set aside in your budget, you can see what different total budgets will get you 🙂 All of these invoices are for real Lubbock, Texas weddings.
For this wedding, the focus was on personals (luxe bouquets, boutonnières, etc) and a showstopping greenery installation on the mantlepiece. Centerpieces were almost all repurposed bouquets and arrangements, plus some budget-friendly bud vases.
This wedding spread the budget between personals, ground flowers plus strings of flowers for the ceremony moment, plus centerpieces and bud vases for the reception!
This wedding had a strong focus on flowers, with beautiful personals, ceremony aisle markers and a fully decked out arch, and reception centerpieces plus a head table with plentiful florals.
